Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. (Return must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt and provide tracking information to ensure delivery). Item must not be worn, washed, stained, damaged, nor altered.  Item(s) must be returned with original tags and copy of invoice.

Purchases with a discount of 15% or more will only be subject to a coupon or credit note for returns.

Sale and promotion items

All Sale/Promotional items can be returned for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Custom orders and Sample orders are FINAL SALE. Sample orders are “AS IS” If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. Thanks!


We offer the following shipping options:

  • Domestic (UK): We offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Rush Shipping.
  • International (non-UK): We offer shipping to Europe, North America, and most other countries.

Typically, orders may take between 1 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to reach you once your payment is authorized. This will depend on whether your orders is for standard or expedite shipping. Please, also note that COVID-19 has greatly impacted shipping times to various destinations. You shall be provided with a tracking number to track your order once it is shipped to you.
